Internet Help Desk (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an independent, subscription-based digital support service designed to help customers troubleshoot common internet, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues through guidance, education, and AI-powered assistance.

By accessing our website or subscribing to our service, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service.

Internet Help Desk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any internet service provider (ISP), cable company, phone company, or utility provider.

We do not provide internet service, modem service, router service, or physical infrastructure. We do not dispatch technicians or perform in-home repairs.

Our service is guidance-based only.

Internet Help Desk provides:

• On-demand troubleshooting guidance
   
• Educational assistance for common internet and Wi-Fi issues
   
• Step-by-step instructions
   
• AI-powered responses to technical questions
   

We do not guarantee:

• Resolution of all internet issues
   
• Restoration of internet service
   
• Fixes for outages caused by your ISP
   
• Compatibility with all devices, networks, or providers
   

Results vary depending on customer equipment, provider restrictions, and external factors beyond our control.

• New subscribers may receive a free trial period, during which no charges are billed.
   
• At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled.
   

• After the trial, your subscription renews at $9.99 per month.
   
• Billing occurs automatically using the payment method you provide.
   
• Charges are processed securely by Stripe.
   

By subscribing, you authorize Internet Help Desk to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
   
• Cancellation stops future billing.
   
• Partial months are not prorated.
   
• You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
   

Instructions for cancellation are available on our website or by contacting support.

Because the service provides immediate digital access, all charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
   
• Use the service for lawful purposes
   
• Follow instructions at your own discretion and risk
   

You are solely responsible for any changes made to your devices, network, or equipment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Internet Help Desk shall not be liable for:

• Loss of internet access
   
• Business interruption
   
• Data loss
   
• Hardware damage
   
• ISP outages
   
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent billing period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
